Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

• Be free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Hart Enterprise reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Handmade custom jewelry made specifically for a customer.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Items marked as non-returnable.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Handmade Products

Many of our handmade products are individually crafted by Tommy.

Because each piece is unique, slight differences in color, texture, resin patterns, natural stones, wood grain, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

These natural variations make every handmade piece one of a kind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, style, or product, we recommend placing a new order after your original return has been approved.

Exchanges may be available depending on inventory.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The product arrived damaged.

• The product was defective upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hart Enterprise cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Partner Vendor Products

Some products are fulfilled by trusted partner vendors.

Return eligibility for these items may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier. If a different return process applies, it will be noted on the product page.

Hart Enterprise will always assist customers in resolving return or warranty issues whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hart Enterprise is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
